Portable Smoothie or Healthy Shake Ideas for Work Lunches?

I'm about to return to work full-time, and won't really have a chance for a sit down lunch break (I'll be running errands and also doing work for a second and very p-t job).

I'm looking for a good, nutritious portable smoothie or healthy shake of some sort that I can pop into a thermos in the morning and take with me to work. I'll have access to a fridge/freezer, but not a blender.

Any suggestions? I'd thought about something like a slim-fast, but would like something a little heartier/thicker.

Since you want something hearty, I'd say just add something high in protein like yogurt or raw egg yolks or a nut butter, and maybe pour some granola & chopped nuts on top to mix in once you're ready to eat.

give it a high protein shake. raw eggs or some soy milk and yogurt!
