Let's be nice everyone before the moderators step in.

The OP is looking for new ways to do things. There have been threads here with us parents saying hey this is the system my child's school uses and I don't like it.... here is your chance to give some positive suggestions on creating a new sytem that you would like to see!

We can all say could of, should of, would of, for the past.. it's those steps forward that make the real difference.

I just wanted to say hello, and good for you for trying to change your classroom. I am not a teacher, although I have done practicums in classrooms (one grade 1, one grade 5 room) and I got to watch on the sidelines. Its a lot of work being a teacher!!! Keep up the good work!
