My favorite lunch for work is homemade hummus with carrot sticks or crackers. Hummus is super easy to make if you have a food processor. Here's my recipe:

1 can of chickpeas, drained but save 1/4 cup of the liquid
1 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, black pepper, cumin, crushed garlic, and/or cilantro to taste

Throw it all in and blend it up! It's awesome! (Although I have a feeling it might not be too appetizing for those with morning sickness.)

We had creamed tuna and noodles today (kind of like tuna helper i guess, but it's homemade and tastes a million times better).

I want stuff that is "safe" for pregnancy, obviously. It needs to be either cold, or able to be cooked quickly in a microwave. And I'd like it to at least be semi-healthy. As in, serve some sort of decent nutritional purpose- even if it's not a really complete meal.

Mini-meals are also needed, because I'm not craving snacks at all. I'm craving meal food all. day. long.

So, for those of you who WOH, what are you eating?!
I tend to get lazy, becuase I have a cafeteria here, but below are some of my favorite "bring to work lunch" ideas. I am faily omniverous, so some of these may not apply:

Sweet potato, scrubbed and baked in the microwave. Very filling!

Rice and black beans, or lentils and brown rice. I will make a batch, and then divide it up into single serving tupperware, and DH and I can grab one container out of the freezer each morning.

Frozen fish fillets and frozen veggies, microwaved until cooked.

Soup! I love soup, and will make a batch and then freeze individual servings in a ziploc freezer bag. Allow to defrost, and then empty into a mug for microwaving (I don't like to microwave in plastic).

Sauteed yellow squash and eggplant, acorn squash (craved it), and baked cod. Don't know why I made two types of squash.

I just had a cheese quesadilla dipped in some salsa.

Not overly nutritious, but hey, I could eat it without feeling like I was going to puke, so I take that as a win.

Of course, now, half an hour later, I feel pukey.

just put stuffed zucchini in the oven... I cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, scraped out the inside and mixed it with croutons, Parmesan, minced onion, eggs, sundried tomato paste, gray salt and white pepper, dried parsley, fresh garlic, stuffed it back in the shells and topped it with fresh mozzarella...
