Ways to use up raw milk before it sours

It is super hot and my kids aren't drinking the milk. I already have several bottles of sour milk that I'm going to separate into cheese and whey.

Does anyone have any uses for fresh milk? I don't have cream or I would make a bunch of ice cream.

It is not fresh enough to make yogurt. The one bottle I made into yogurt they didn't like because it was too sour. I'm going to use that yogurt for cooking.

If I can't think of anything else to do, I will pour it into jars and freeze it. I don't know how good it is after it is frozen.
