B6 question
I've been taking a B6 complex supplement for months to help with menstrual issues - now that I'm 6 weeks pregnant (and just started getting sick), I'm trying to keep down the PreNatal vitamins, and have a struggle even with those. I've had a lot of trouble with B vitamins making me nauseous in the past, so it seems like a gamble to take them to help with m/s. Am I the only one who's had this problem before? I.e., taking a B6 vitamin on even a not-quite-full-enough stomach (forget about empty), even before pregnancy, caused me to vomit from time to time... But I'd love to get some help with this seasick feeling!
