Panic-free Pregnancy

This looks like a neat idea for a book:

"An OB-GYN separates fact from fiction on food, exercise, travel, pets, coffee, medications, and other concerns you have when you're expecting."

http://books.google.com/books?id=9YJ...age&q=&f=false

Has anyone read it? Is it worth picking up?

Nope, but I read the diet part on Google Reader and really liked it.

I just got this book from the library and really liked it! I thought it was great, well written and well researched. I don't know if it's worth buying--it isn't one of those books I can see myself re-reading more than maybe once--but if your library has it it's definitely worth checking out!
