where could I find support as a partner of someone with some sort of mood disorder, suspected depression they don't want to talk about, anxiety issues and other emotional imbalances ?

This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Have you tried the Parents and Partners forum?Your local Mood Disorders group (associated with a hospital, or a free-standing advocacy/education group) may have a partners support group.
Can you talk with friends or family?
Are you taking care of yourself too while dealing with this stress?

Thank you for your suggestions !
I have one family member who's supportive & a friend I can sometimes talk to
I'll look up the Parents and partners forums.
I don't think there are any mood disorder groups in my area (I no longer live in the US) ; I went to a few talks groups during the winter (various subjects concerning family/conflicts/organising one's time as a SAHM) organised in my area by a psychologist teamed up with various people from social services and who had received a grant for doing about half a dozen of these interventions.
That was interesting (meeting other people with different problems= putting things in perspective & being able to put words on my concerns and being able to be more delimitate more precisely what was a problem to me and what was not etc ...)
but what they suggested (two places for doing "couples therapy" ) is not going to be practical and doable in my case
so I was wondering more into looking for things on line that I could read ....
as for taking care of myself
I've started supplementing with vitamins and magnesium again
I've organised reflexology massages for my feet (3 times one hour, it's bliss) at home during my little one's nap time
but I've not been able yet to solve all my sleep issues (I won't "let go" in the evening so I go to bed too late and am cranky/less able to function the next day ....)
I must dash to attend to the children, thanks again for your reply.
