I later saw an e-mail from customer service as well, but our internet was down at the time. The dm let me know the same photographer was working when we had rescheduled, and was able to get us in that same day at another location that's reasonably close (maybe 20 min?). She spoke with the studio in advance and they made sure to get the shots we wanted. Honestly their attitudes were so different I doubt there would have been any issues! We ended up getting a lot of great pictures and were given a few complimentary sheets as well. |
