Yesterday I made a cassrole that turned out awesome - it was chicken with some cajun spices on it, mushrooms & artichokes w/ whole wheat penne pasta - in a creamy mozarella/parm sauce. Not the healthiest thing ever But yummmmy!

Tonight is going to be chili with ground turkey instead of beef. Dh has requested chili dogs later in the week (BARF!). Now I've got to try and find some hotdogs that are not filled with tons of nasty stuff - is that even possible?
