Book recs for behavior related to food allergies

I have a friend who just found out her 5 yo daughter has gluten intolerance and several other allergies. Her daughter tantrums a lot and she asked me if I knew of any book suggestions. She is cutting out gluten and dealing with the other allergies, but wants some help for what to do in the meantime I thought of "The Explosive Child". Are there other books that might be helpful as well?

TIA!

I have leafed through Lenden Smith's "Foods for Healthy Kids" and "Feed your kids right". He talks a LOT about how foods effect kids behavior. And he had suggestions/recipes for alternatives to sugar and food dyes, among other things. They might help your friend.
