Did I get the wrong size Zolo?

I just bought a Zolo sling-- the lady in the shop said that it fit me and DH fine (DH did look totally cute in it-- he picked it out himself!) ... but looking at the Zolo website I think we got a large when we should have gotten a medium.

If a sling is too large for the wearer, can it be unsafe for the baby? The website just mention the tail being annoying because of the length-- I could easily hem it if it became a problem.

*sigh*... I should never make impulse purchases... this sling was on clearance and not refundable.

Zolo's are ring slings right?

If so then, since they are adjustable the only difference is the length of the tail. You can change the size of the that the baby rides in pouch when you adjust it so size really doesn't affect the safety.

Thanks for your help! Sorry, yes it's a ring sling. good to hear that it doesn't affect the safety!

The only other thing is that it's not reversible-- I wish that there was a way to make the pretty part of the tail show in the front.
