Can anyone tell me what this test consists of?

Basically, the KRA-L (Kindergarten Readiness Assessment - Literacy) consists of:

Answering who, what, when, why and how questions;
Repeating sentences;
Identifying words that rhyme;
Giving a word that sounds the same as another word (rhyming
production);
Identifying letters; and
Listening and identifying the beginning sounds of words.

My state (Ohio) has detailed information about the test here:

http://education.ohio.gov/GD/Templat...&Content=69005

About half-way down that page is a link to a PDF file that is the Family Guide to the KRA-L. It has a lot of good information about what the test consists of, how it is done, and what the results mean.

I hope that helps!
