I grew up in Jackson and never, ever thought I would be able to go back - what with it being the most expensive place in the planet and all. But, I was just looking at listings on the Idaho side of the Tetons and prices seem to be coming down pretty dramatically. Plus, Idaho has a new CPM law that would make it possible for me to practice legally.
Are there already CPMs serving this area? Does it seem like the area could use more?
