You just need a thumb-sized chunk 1-3x/day depending on how you are feeling. Blend it with strawberries (trust me) and only make a half recipe so you are not stuck drinking a huge amount. You can also be hardcore and just down the chunk on it's own. Just do it fast, don't think about it a lot, chase it with something tasty and remember you are doing something great for yourself! Dehydrating it for pills is helpful for the future but I found the tincture to be a waste (but tinctures aren't really my thing anyway). HTH.

Something this fabulous deserves a little MDC visit!

I wish I could fly down, I so would. We are waiting to find out if K needs a filling or a crown, which oxygen sensor needs to be replaced on the car, and what A's ER bill for his stitches will boil down to. Plus tonight I caved and bought some Phish tix. Can I just say that August sucks financially? At least my lack of funds will save you from being totally inundated with pink. For now! Muhahahahaa!

The prefolds I dyed myself, but all the fitteds are from Esbaby.net. They ROCK.
