Pattern for crayon holder?

My sons got a great simple gift for their birthdays. A Simple 8 slot crayon holder that closes with velcro. I'd love to start making them for the toddler birthdays I take my boys to.
Does anyone know of a free online pattern somewhere?

I made 1 for my toddler niece. I just adjusted the measurements for 8 chunky crayons instead of 16 regular ones.
