The professional organization that I am a member of had a policy that no children/babies were allowed into conference trainings/business meetings period. We are having our annual conference this week, and while I was not able to attend I emailed in a request to ammend that policy to allow for nurslings to be allowed into the trainings (based on the climate of most meetings, this is very doable without distracting anyone). I just learned that it was put into a formal motion and PASSED! (BTW, for any age nursling
) I am sure it wasn't just my email, but I am still so excited!!
