toddler snacks?

I'm looking for a good snack to make for my 15 mo dd. I would like to give her a cookie / cracker kind of snack that isn't sweet. She likes big sourdough pretzels, and crackers, but she sometimes gags on dry crackers or pretzel sticks. cereal is ok, but it makes such a mess - Os everywhere! She has some molars coming in, so something hard to chew on is good too.

any ideas?

My son has most of his one year molars. I like to give him cheese cubes and crackers, or banana slices. Sometimes I give him some dried blueberries since he handles them well, though they pass right through him

But, I would love some new ideas too!

Also, if your dd is gagging on dried crackers, maybe graham crackers would be better? With DS they either crumble or get soggy.

thank you! yeah, graham crackers would be good, but I'd like something less sweet. I'll look at the natural foods market today. But, I would love to bake her something to keep in the freezer. A cheaper, homemade, not so sweet, teething cookie snack specific, I guess!
