Sitz bath/herb stuff to sit in- help!

I think I remember reading a recommendation here about what herb(s)/mixture to buy to put in a Sitz bath for PP, but can't remember what the thread was about initially.

Anyone know off the top of their head? I'd like to get some stuff to sit in. My hemmorhoids are wicked awful, and getting worse, and I was remembering the really sore, swollen girly parts today. I want some healing herbs to sit in waiting this time!

With my son I was given some homemade stuff a friend made. Though I didn't use... I sort of forgot about it.

If you PM me with your address I will send you the stuff I bought for myself and ended up not needing (c-section, no swelling). I have the Earthmama Angelbaby stuff as well as a blend I made myself that has withhazel herb, uvi ursi and calendula. I've got a pretty big jar of the latter.
