I'm not a chef, so bear with me!!!

Where can I find recipes for egg casseroles that I can make ahead of time, then freeze? Would any egg casserole recipe work???

Any ingredients I should avoid when making casseroles for the freezer?

Should I cook the casseroles first, then freeze them? Or assemble the casseroles, then put directly in the freezer?

How should I package the dishes to avoid freezer burn?

When baking them, do I defrost them first? How do I do that?


How do you guys make all of these freezer dishes without tying up all of your cookware and bakeware? Would it be worth buying some disposable alum foil pans at the dollar store for this?
