Reconditioned Vitamix?

i have wanted a vitamix for the last 10 years. i am determined to get one this year!! for those of you who purchased a reconditioned one, do you have any complaints/regrets? the difference in price is not huge, so i'm wondering if i should just shell out the extra $50-70. then again, a penny saved is a penny earned...

i'd love to hear what everyone has to say.

vita mixes are so tough I would not worry about it. I have used one I was given, its great.

Ebay is a good place too...

Check Craig's list. Several of the ladies found them for about $100, barely used.
