Frozen Waffles

I am looking to make some waffles and freeze them for after baby comes. My question is do they heat all the way through then when you pop them in the toaster? Everything I am reading online says to thaw them completely before toasting them. That seems like it would be more trouble to wait to thaw them and everything that it wouldnt make sense to have them for quick breakfast? Do they heat through or does the center stay cold when you take them straight from the freezer to the toaster?

I toast them straight from the freezer and they do normally heat all the way through. Once in a while they don't, so I just rotate and retoast.

can always toast 2 times on very low. my toaster has a defrost button.

I toast mine for a long time or do toasts, like the others. Sometimes I microwave them for 10 seconds first, esp if I have two stuck together.

Works fine straight from the freezer for me, too. We haven't done waffles in a while, though. We freeze pancakes when we make them, too.
