Need ideas/advice!

This is cross posted in SAHP.

I am now a full time sahm plus I work two nights a week out of the home. My husband just went through a surgery and we have tons and tons of medical bills plus our other debt we already had. So we decided that I should find some way to contribute financially to try to pay down the medical bills and debt. So I am a waitress and have been working 5pm-1am. It is the absolute worst job I have ever done hands down. I hate it! I dread it every work day.

Well, now I am pregnant with my third child. About 5.4 weeks now and the morning sickness is really kicking in, today it's quite bad. It is soooo hard for me to get up early with my girls, take care of them and the house all day and then have to go to work and I'm on my feet the entire time and yesterday I didn't even get one break at all cause we were so shorthanded. So I didn't sit down or get to eat anything for 8 plus hours. I have to eat every couple hours to curb my morning sickness. My back was just throbbing soo bad after about 4 hours of standing. Then I don't get home until 1am and don't go to bed till about 2am and have to get up 4 hours later with my girls. I try to catch up on my sleep on my non working days but that's proving hard to do with my almost 5 year old not napping most days. I'm sooo exhausted, pregnancy tiredness plus way more! I know it's only two days a week but it's just super hard for me. My Dh doesn't really get it cause he doesn't know what it's like to be pregnant tired and sick.

So if you've read this far, what I need is some different ideas for money making basically from home or some suggestions on how to make this work. We can't afford to do any kind of daycare or babysitters for me to work "normal" hours, that's why I'm working this job and shift. Do any of you do anything to make a little extra? This is not working for me and I feel that it is not at all healthy for my pregnancy. I have already had two miscarriages in the past and really don't want to "cause" another one from not taking proper care of myself.

Thanks in advance if you have gotten through this. I'm not even making sense, I'm soo tired. Plus pregnancy brain. Haha.

Could you do some part time baby sitting in your house?

Or maybe talk to a temp agency about some part time from-home work? Or maybe something at least less stressful than waitressing?

Oh yeah, here's the other thing. We live in a super small town in a very rural area so there just isn't much at all out here. No temp agencies or bigger businesses. I have thought about the babysitting idea and have done that before, but I know I don't want to do that when I have my baby and most people around here are looking for a full-time long-term babysitter. Thanks for the ideas!
