Anyone encapsulating their placenta? - Page 2

We are seriously considering it this time around.

I suffered SEVERE ppd after the birth of my first daughter, so bad that we had no plans for more children, but a wonderful surprise happened. I did all the research I could to see what my prevention options were and settled on encapsulation. I have to say my postpartum period was night and day from the first time around. Sure, it may have been that way with out the placenta, but I really doubt it. I firmly believe it helped me and that it helps others. So much so that I know offer this service for other moms. Whether it is your first or fifth I firmly believe you should not waste your placenta, but use it for the benefits it offers.
