I am right there with you. I am 10 days postpartum, and I was feeling so good that I went out with my 2 kids yesterday, and the bleeding that was almost gone, has started up really heavy, and I feel so crampy all day. Time to take some arnica 200c again. That helped a few days ago, and I felt great afterwards. I just needed to get out, and I may be regretting it.

I'm 2 wks pp with #2. At one week pp I went grocery shopping - the bleeding that had gotten really light got heavy again and my midwives prescribed more rest. I've gotten on my feet very slowly since then but now I have little choice about it, my 4 year old needs me to take care of her - husband at work and my mom went home. I find the blood flow increases and decreases, and I am still sore from the birth (same thing with coughing and sneezing - yikes). Sitting, standing and walking all feel awkward to me sometimes depending on the position I'm in. I think the kegels are helping with the soreness. But the midwives said to seriously plan on a 6 week recovery period. At least that time frame helps me take pressure off myself to feel 100% so soon.
Hope that helps,
L.
