Where are all the intact boys in PDX?

My son is intact--no problems, no regrets. I'm just getting discouraged that every family I know has circumcised their boys. Granted, I don't know the status of very many, but with a supposed 70% intact rate here in the Pacific Northwest, shouldn't I know of at least one other boy? Where are they all?

I went to a home birth potluck a couple weeks ago and saw several intact boys running around. I only have girls but if I had boys the'd be intact too.

DS1 was born in Bend OR and we chose not to circ. Research shows that in states where circ is not covered by medicaid, the rates are a lot lower (oregon being one of those states) I guess it may be the circle you run with. Most of the babies I know are intact but I hang out with a pretty crunchy crowd (medicaid doesn't cover it here either)

I've got two little intact guys running around Mt. Tabor area, sometimes without pants. (We EC). Maybe we'll run into you some time!

I'm not far from you (Bay Area SFO). My sons are intact and in their teens . They have similar peers amongst parents with a similar mindset to ours, especially in progressive circles (Berkeley, Marin county). But go inland or to more mainstream circles just 20 miles away, and the circ rate is 80-85% (sad).

There are probably communities in PDX where intactness is the norm, others where circ is common.

I see them all the time. They are at the SwCC swimming with their moms and running around nake-y in the women's dressing rooms.
