Diaper Bag Issues

Hi all

I have 3 kids ages 5.5, 4 and almost 2. I am expecting my 4th in November and CD. I am looking for a bag that will fit all of my stuff and keep my cdiapers organized. I often carry sippy cups and snacks for the older kids, my wallet, cell phone, keys, and of course, I'll have an extra set of cloths for the newborn.

I have been through several different kinds of bags and none seem to work for me. Any ideas?

I have an older version of this one:

It's actually not a diaper bag at all, it's a messenger style laptop bag.

What I like about it:
1) It's lightweight and not very "constructed" -- i.e. when empty it does not stand up on its own. I have to carry around enough stuff as it is, I do not like when bags feel heavy/bulky and add weight of their own.
2) Two mesh drink holders on outside -- perfect for sippy cups
3) Organizer panel for my stuff -- cell phone pocket, keys, wallet etc.
4) Two panels/pockets outside -- front and back -- to slip stuff into when you're out and about
5) Inside is a roomy compartment with additional internal pockets (at least on my older model it does). The laptop compartment can hold a few dipes or two changes of clothes.

I also use a Ju-Ju-Be "BeQuick" as an additional organizational tool. I usually put a couple of dipes in along with some wipes and I can take just the BeQuick for a diaper change.

ON EDIT:
Oh and it happens to hang perfectly across my double stroller (an MBUD).

A friend of mine loves her Land's End bag... the BIG tote. It stands on its own and has a few pockets, I think. I really liked it when I looked at it... right now I'm using a beach bag PLUS a normal sized diaper bag...
