I'd like to use melatonin to help me re-set my sleep schedule.
I want to switch from a 4 am -12 am sleep pattern to a more regular 12 am - 8 am schedule. Anyone know if it is safe? I only anticipate taking it for a few nights.
ETA: my babe is 13 months and still nursing 5 times/24 hours but there would be at least 4 hours between taking the melatonin and her next feed.
