Passing vitamins through breastmilk - anybody know?

I've never been able to find a vitamin D & omega 3 supplement that my DD would swallow. I don't blame her, they all taste pretty foul!

Anyway, i take fish oil capsules myself and I was wondering whether that means DD gets some of the benefit through my breast milk. Anybody know??
