signature question

ok so I had a signature set only to discover that yesterday it was no longer there so I went back in and added it yesterday but I totally forgot how to link my fertility friend chart to the chart icon in my signature...anyone know?

One can place links in their homepage, also a couple of smilies have been created to direct someone to their homepage if they have a chart
