Maya wrap question

Can the Maya wrap be used in the back of the hip carry? (With a 16 month old ) Not completely on my back (I use an old bedsheet for that but we'll be out in public today and it's an ugly old thing....) but on my hip, behind my arm, kwim?? Thanks : )

Yes it can. Recommend for a older baby like your own.

Thanks! I tried it out and it worked beautifully, we went to a busy downtown area and it was so nice to be stroller-free. The baby loved it too : )
It's been a while since I've used 'proper' slings as my own kids are a bit older, but the babies I care for are used to being worn (hence my ugly bedsheet) and this Maya wrap was a great deal moneywise.
