Not sure why I'm not getting email updates re: this thread, but needless to say, I've been away for a week and a half. I'm sure there's lots to catch up on, but right now I'm at work and can't read the posts.
However, I do have some news (good and bad):
Good: had my CD3 FSH blood test done yesterday to see if I can extend my insurance coverage for another year. My result? 6.2
: Fantastic! Yes, I qualify. It brought tears to my eyes. I love not reaching the big M (meno....).
Bad: I was making arrangements for my new, potential egg donor to get her follicle scan on her CD3, and the IVF center scheduled her for 2 weeks from now (mid-cycle). They said that was the first appointment they could give her. I'm baffled, but the person I work with is out of the office today. Very upsetting. They wanted to send her for CD3 blood work, but I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on that if she doesn't have enough ripe follicles in her ovaries. Very very disappointing. I've got to call them back tomorrow to get the low down.
I hope you're all doing well.
