Karen1968, thank you very much for your dog story. You are so right about one who has been there for a long time. Somehow it is comforting to me right now to think I might still mistakenly think she's there 3 months from now.

Shy, I have heard that women are both more likely to get pg and more likely to m/c in the cycle after the m/c. Also heard that both of those effects aren't strong. The 3 cycles number seems to be what Some People have decided it takes emotionally. After my 1st m/c my mw told me she had plenty of stories of women who got pg the cycle after the m/c and had
healthy babies. She encouraged me to go for it if it felt right--so we did but did not have success and then took a break from TTC for other reasons. After my 2nd m/c I felt completely exhausted and it was clear to me my body needed to recupe. All this is to say, I would follow your wise mama intuition/knowledge of yourself on this one and I send baby dust for whenever the time seems right to you.

OMG, I did it! I started the new thread!! Please send me some energy that this doesn't somehow be the straw that is just too much for my life!! Really I think it will be okay. I do check frequently. I love this place. I am so grateful to MM and happy to give her a break. So here I go. We'll see how it is. No promises that it is more than once.
