pink spotting after af but before O

for the past 2 cycles i've exp this.

af is 7 days long
O is usually around cd 22/23
pink tinged creamy/slightly ew cm around cd 12-15, just for one day

i then exp real fertile ewcm on cd's 19-22 or 20-23

i'm pretty sure it's not leftover af blood, as it is pink, so, fresh. and it doesn't correlate to bd either. any ideas? maybe just a hormone drop?

I'm taking clomid and progesterone to ttc with iui. Since I started taking both medications, i've found that if I'm pushing really hard to have a bowel movement (the progesterone makes me really constipated), I have a bit of fresh pink spotting. The first two cycles, I was sure it was implantation bleeding, but I haven't conceived. I think it's cause the hormones are making my lining super rich and awesome...maybe you're experiencing someting similiar, although if you're spotting before O, I don't know.
But also, it's normal to spot at ovualtion time, I've read.
