That child needs a serious attitude adjustment....and I totally blame her mother...if my child ever talked to me like I was their slave...it would be the LAST pagent they ever did....that is just messed up...that mother is doing that girl a great disservice by allowing her to behave like that, I was glad when she didn't win.

For some reason my girls and I just can't help watching this show and I'd sooner get one of them in a dress than I don't know what. But I confess I watch it and I just don't get it.

The funny thing is, in some of the pageants contestants are supposed to be all natural. My sister competed in Hawaiian Tropic contests and I remember her first one my mom was taken back by all the other little girls who had mounds of makeup on. After that pageant, Sister got to wear makeup too.

I have a lot of resentful feelings towards pageants because my little sister was the Golden Child for several years while she was competing in them. She won quite a few which only made it more fun for the ugly one (me; my brother also was entered in pageants and won.) There's any worse contest to enter a little girl into than a beauty contest. Way to teach our babies that looks are the most important thing in life. Gag me.
