Crochet tutorials for the unccordinated?

I am trying to learn to crochet so I can make some head bands and maybe some dish cloths. The problem is I am not having an easy time figuring out the stitches. I picked up a couple books and have watched some videos online. Does anyone have a video or picture tutorial that is so easy a caveman can do it?

Oh and I have mastered making a simple chain...I just need to know where to go from there!
