I've been using some on my kids for a while now - maybe two months. I've used them on my 2.5 year old and my 8 month old. I put them more on the 8 month old b/c I have Fuzzi Bunz for the older child, but either one would fit fine in them. Overall, I like them, but I am also not really a super experienced cloth diaperer and the only other kind I've ever tried are pocket diapers.
I like that they are aplix closure. My oldest is very squirmy and I've caught his thigh in the snap of a pocket diaper before. The aplix is easy to undo, but my child hasn't done this...yet.

: The aplix is very different from other aplix. It's a softer and not scratchy aplix. So far, it's stood up to the wash very well. They've recently come out with a snap version but I think it's only available in one color so far (but I'm not totally sure about that). There are only a few colors available, but I think more are coming soon.
I haven't found much problem with unsnapping the pad from the diaper. Your hands will probably get a little wet, but since you wash your hands after changing diapers anyway, it's not a big deal. I kind of fold the diaper in half and unsnap it while folded instead of while it's flat. I would see a bigger problem with unsnapping if it's a poopy diaper b/c then it could fly out of your hand and inevitably land poopy side down. Ask me how I know that.

:
The only issue I have is that the pad seems to bunch up a bit in the front. Maybe it's the way I put the diaper on my child, but I find it bunched up a lot. I have two boys in diapers so front absorbancy is important. I haven't had many leaks, though. The only time it's leaked is when DH put the diaper on the baby. He's very reluctant to use cloth diapers and I think he is half heartedly doing so and didn't pay as much attention as I would. I would like to see the front snap a bit more in the front to keep the pad from bunching up as much, but I am sure there is a reason why it is placed where it is placed.
Overall I like them, but I also don't have much to compare them to - only pocket diapers. I would suggest following them on Twitter or Facebook. There is a lot of great info on Facebook and it's worth it to follow them.
