mold problem

so.. i did a stupid thing, in retrospect.
I was doing a major diaper wash with nearly every diaper i own, and i found a couple dipes in a diaper bag i haven't used in a while. i didn't even look at the dipes, just dumped them in the wash.
now that they are done washing i went to hang them up outside, and one of the dipes has big black splotches all over it (mold, i'd assume..) and i'm concerned that the mold spores have contaminated everything they were in the wash with. they are all line drying in the sun right now. do i need to strip or boil them all? nothing smells like mildew, but the black splotchy one has a slight fishy odor.
fwiw, i live in a dry climate (central oregon- high desert) i'm concerned that i ruined my stash!

i've just taken them off the line and put them back in the wash- hot with no soap. should this take care of it? i don't want mold spores to infect my diapers.. i don't know what it would to but it sounds like a bad thing.
