Update. partial scar seperation and was admitted...

We were admitted to the hospital on Aug 3rd due to a partial separation (Again, same thing with DD#2) of the uterine scar from prior sections. They changed my section date from this Friday to Wednesday the 12th but I know its for the best. I've been having major contractions, and A LOT of pain from the window in the uterus, and baby is at "0" station, so a lot of pressure too. I begged them to let me come home today so I could spend some time with my girls tonight and tomorrow, and they agreed!: So, I'm at home now, enjoying the last few hours I have as a mom of only girls, and trying to enjoy the last few hours of being pregnant as this is our last. We have to be back up to the hospital at 8am Wed, and are scheduled for 10:30am. I just hope he does okay since I'm only 38+3 on Wednesday, but i think he should be:.

I also missed out on congratulating a lot of momma's on their new little ones...I'm sorry about that. We don't have any access to internet except at home (we're cheap and wont pay for it for the cells!)

So here's a great big CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!:::: to all the new little ones!

Enjoy your last time at home before the surgery! I'm so sorry you're having to have another c/s. Doesn't it make you so angry that the scar is separating, since if you didn't have a scar in the first place, nothing would be separating? I had two c/s with my first two (both girls also) and my placenta this time (a boy) is attached to my incision. It's angering that I can't do my homebirth now because possible bleeding problems or placental complications.

But at least you know what to expect and your baby should do really well at 38w, 3d. Good luck! Thinking of you!
