Question about fridge stored milk- using, restoring

Today was my first day back to work. Left some bottles in the fridge. One got brought to room temperature and then was not consumed completely- I think there are 3 oz left. Now that that has been out of the fridge for several hours, is it bad or can I refridgerate it and use it tomorrow?
Same goes for frozen milk?

The guidelines on my breastmilk storage bags say milk is safe at room temp for 8-10 hours. If it has been out less time than that, I'd stick it back in the fridge for later.

That does help! Thank you! I did end up dumping those few oz. last night because I had a good stash for today, but I will use this link in the future too!
