I was unaware of any state that had that clause. Can anyone give me a link that states that? Not that I doubt you but I am sure there are parents on here who would love to have that information.
I think the poster was only speaking for MO, because that is not the case here in GA. In GA, like most states I guess, its all or nothing.

i think it's all or nothing here in illinois too. i have heard a doctor say that you can always file a religious exemption that says you will administer none and then not report the ones that you do decide to give. he said that the records are protected by hippa and you must give permission to have others access it. but i've also heard on these boards that schools can access your medical records without your say...

Thank you for clarifying about GA it is always helpful to have information on each state and the regulations.

There are vax registries in a lot of states and the school can get the information if they want it in my understanding since they consider it a public health issure more than a personal health issue. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I didnt see anyone mention the fact that children who have the cp vax have a pretty good chance of getting shingles within a few weeks to a few years after the vax. Something that you did not see unless the child was immuno compromised before the vax came onto the market.

They have changed the VAERS site : it is a lot less user friendly now. Here is the page for the CP vax and the cases of shingles listed there are 1,150 events of shingles all ages after the cp vax 667 ages 0-5.
