Hi ladies! I want to make some veggie soup up and freeze it so DH can take it out of the freezer and pop in the crockpot when I go into labor. Could anyone share a good recipe for it that freezes well? We do eat meat so it can be a meat base and we eat just about any veggies in it (carrots, celery, cabbage, tomatoes,green beans. . . ) I usually put potatoes in my veggie soup but I keep reading that they dont freeze well. ??
