High Palate?

Anyone have experience with this?

Yup. My dd has a very high, arched palate. That, along with several other issues (prematurity, torticollis leading to poorly coordinated tongue movements, low tone) made our early BF'ing relationship pretty challenging.

Is there anything in particular you are having issues with or wanted to know?

My daughter had (has? I haven't had it looked at in months) a high palate. The LCs said that it was related to, or maybe caused by, her posterior tongue tie. They also said that after we had her tongue clipped, breastfeeding would eventually reshape her palate to be more normal. I'm not sure if that ended up happening, but I do know that breastfeeding doesn't hurt me anymore!
