Stocking Up list?

I was thinking today that since I only have 10 weeks left I should start stocking up on items that are non-perishable, just a few things each week added to regular groceries that I want to make sure we have in the house. That way DH wont be making emergency trips to the store during labor or right after.
So here is my list of items that are non perishable that I want to be sure we have a nice stack of. . any items you can think of to add?
•Bread
•Granola Bars
•Frozen Vegetables
•Hamburgers
•Frozen Breaded Shrimp
•Tea Bags
•Coffee
•Toilet Paper
•Paper Towels
•Laundry Soap
•Condensed Soups (chicken, mushroom)
•Tomato Soup Cans
•Crackers

I also thought of a few things that are perishable and that the last 3 or so weeks I want to make sure we have in the house. Any items to add?
•Cheese
•Lunch Meat
•Fruit
•Butter
•Milk
•Eggs
•Orange Juice

Do you have any pets? If so, any pet food or consumible supplies, e.g. cat litter.

High-protein foods you can eat one-handed while breastfeeding. Protein bars and trail mix saved me in my first few days PP when I spent every moment on the couch nursing. Maybe also easy snack foods, like pita & hummus, peanut butter, beef jerky. Plenty of juices and stuff, you'll want them on hand (especially right after the baby is born).

We always have canned beans and tuna packets handy. They're both so versatile.

I've started doubling recipes when I cook dinner and freezing the left overs. Last time I had a long recovery, and while my mom and husband did their best to take care of everything, neither one of them can cook. Store bought frozen meals got old really fast.

I am only a few days form my due date (though my oldest went 2 weeks past) so we are also making sure we buy perishables when we are getting low instead of waiting until we run out to buy more.

I plan on stocking up on some freezer meals. I did it last time and it was a big help. A few ppl stopped by with meals, but mostly we were on our own. If I didn't have the meals I probably would have been relying on takout too much.

My mom is making a trader joe's trip for me to get bread, cereal, pasta, almond butter etc to stock my pantry.

I second the protien bars/trail mix. I'd always get hungry in the middle of the night while nursing and they were great to have on hand.
