Would like to buy for my 3 year old, newborn and husband and I. Thanks!

Any allergies or food intolerances? I prefer whole food probitics such as kimchee, fermented sauerkraut, kefir, yogurt, kombucha.

Infants need bifidum, they get it in breastmilk.

When not getting them in whole foods, we use Natren. Probiotics is all they do.... We love them. : AFWIW, they have been great w/questions when you call their 800 number on the bottle.

Mo allergies. We do have kefir, yogurt and kombucha, but not as regularly as we should. I was hoping to also have additional probiotic on hand for the winter cold season that is easy to take, especially for my 3 year old who will be beginning preschool. I breastfeed the newborn so good to know she's getting some from my breastmilk.

I just add a tablespoon of kefir to my son's juice.

Kefir has many more probiotics than a bottled brand. More in variety of strains and quantity of live microbials. Additionally, kefir increases bifidum in feces by helping to make the environment more hospitable for beneficial bacteria, and improved gut/body ph.

Many mamas choose Kirkman's hypoallergenic bifidum for children/infants also. Pharmax makes hypoallergenic probiotics also, iirc.
