I am having twins and plan to cosleep with them and just nurse in bed. It took me a bit to get the hang of side lying with my first and there was only one so I am guessing I will be nursing sitting up leaning against the wall. I have an EZ 2 Nurse twin nursing pillow and it seems like it will work well but I do remember not being able to arrange pillows behind my back when sitting in bed with dd1 in a comfortable way. I thought about trying on e of those pillows with the little arm rests but I don't thing it will give me enough neck support. Thanks.
