I just got two positive results from a pee on a stick tests. The issue is that my seven month old who pretty much only nurses. He only likes to taste and play with food. Has anyone else nursed like this and been pregnant? or will I have to wean?

You absolutely do NOT have to wean
My DD was 9mo when I got pg last time, we nursed through the whole pregnancy and are still nursing now w/her almost 1yo sister.
The thing is that your milk will most likely decrease and change flavor, sometimes this causes babies to self wean sometimes it doesn't. You may need to supplement if your milk supply drops too much. You should monitor your baby's weight gain and diapers to be sure he's getting enough. Also your baby will probably become more interested in food.
Make sure you eat enough for a twin pregnancy and drink a TON!

My LO was ~8 months when I got pregnant...she was eating a fair amount of solids, but was still mostly breastmilk-fed at that point.
It was a bit tough for us in the very beginning. My supply really went down the tubes dramatically at first - saw signs of it immediately, before I even knew I was pregnant (and I knew very early, at that). I was truly heartbroken at first, thinking that we were doomed. We did choose to supplement with formula for a while since I really had virtually no milk for the first several weeks. I hated it, but got over it, and eventually my milk came back to a 'workable' level after changing my diet a bit. I say this not to discourage you, but to offer that all is not lost even if you see a dip in supply! I'm nearly at the end of this pregnancy now, and my daughter is still nursing like it's going out of style. My only worry now is that she won't want to share in a few more weeks!
She did get more interested in solids during that period when my supply tanked...and another interesting thing that she did was that she started spontaneously switch nursing. She'd spend a few minutes on each breast and just go back and forth until she was satisfied...apparently that's recommended at times to increase supply, but I didn't know that until after she'd started doing it all on her own. I thought that was kind of cool.

I think my DS was a few months older than yours, but I nursed through a pregnancy with a young child, twice.
DS1 was 9 months when we TTC'd. I got first PP AF on around 1/20 and was pregnant either that cycle or the next. So, my child was close to 1 year. We didn't wean.
DS2, I was 9 mo again when we got pregnant. I didn't wean with that pregnancy either.
With pregnancy #4 (lost #2, between DS1 and DS2), I was tandem nursing both boys while pregnant.

A good friend got pregnant when her DD was 7 or 8 months old. She continued to nurse until some time in the middle of her 2nd trimester when it just got too painful for her.
Her 2nd dd was just born in July and her older dd who is now 17 months and had been weaned is now back to nursing regularly. So even if you do wind up losing you milk or weaning it dosen't have to be never again.
During her pregnancy whenever I was nursing my dd who is just 2 weeks younger than my friend's dd, I would offer a boob to my friend's dd (with my friend's permission of course) and she would occasionally latch for a few sucks, but never really get much. But now she's back to nursing like a champ with her mom.

My DS was 7 months when I got pg! He didn't start solids at all until 9 months, and wasn't consistent with them until 10 months. At 12 months our ped suggested I start him on cow's milk to supplement the calcium & calories because at that point my supply was really low.
He nursed through the pregnancy, tandem nursed with his brother, and weaned when he was almost three years old.
BTW, my boys LOVED to nurse together. It's one of the things my ped says contributed to them really acting like twins now.
