Does anyone have a book or better, an article that they can recommend that outlines a theory of the best way to approach food with your toddler or preschooler?

I'd like to be able to flesh out my argument as to why bargaining with food and forcing a child to eat when they don't want to is bad news. I'd also like more support in the belief that young children do not need to eat three larger meals but may graze all day, with no detriment to their health or manners.

Intuitively, you see, I know what I want to argue... there are just those in my life that need facts and not intuition. No need to pull out any soap boxes here, either-- a simple recommendation will certainly suffice! Thanks!
