That happens to me around 37 weeks with every pregnancy. I think it's because my relaxin starts to kick in hardcore. All of the sudden, my knees and feet and hands will just ache and I even get low-grade fevers a little bit. It's never been an infection or a sickness or anything like that. Just hormones getting me ready for birth. Hopefully it's the same with you.
The only down side is that the soreness doesn't go away for quite awhile after the birth!

I remember feeling like that when I got Mastitis with DS1, I felt like I had the flu for a few days before I knew what it was and ended up with antibiotics and a fever for a couple of days. I was so sick feeling that I would just shiver from my fever and taking care of a newborn. It was not fun.
Hopefully this isnt your case but I just remember not thinking I would be that sick from mastitis.

Yeah I still am not 100%. I went to the DR yesterday and had blood taken and urine. I think it may be a mixture of Mastitis and a UTI.
I noticed if I pump while the LO is sleeping for a long time and won't nurse I feel semi-better.
Just trying to feel ok at this point. I am much better than the other day though.
