Hello, I am pretty new here, my DD (SAHM to one) has been here for a while and got me started reading some threads. I have been mildly crunchy for ages, and getting more so all the time.
Now DD is expecting her second little one, and I'm hoping to transition to full-time Grandma, especially with soon-to-be-2yo running DD ragged! Fully supporting DD's decision for a home water birth. Met the midwife too, she's great.
We are in the N. Austin/Georgetown area of Tx, and I'd like to talk off-list about solar power with anyone in the state who has it. I would like to learn how bad the hail storms and high winds are before I sink any money into equipment.
