just bought this book and just read this chapter, dont know if its been posted here before but it is really interesting and also affirming to those of us who want to / do believe that our bodies were designed to give birth and to do so without pain.
i know i am hormonal at the moment but it had me in tears of joy and anger at the same time, i hope you can come away from reading this chapter (and maybe buy the book?) feeling stronger and happier about giving birth.
